Sorry, but I don't know any fishing school in Palm Beach or Broward county.  I used to run  one but that's no help now.  If you need fly fishing casting help, contact any fishing tackle store as they usually have some people lined up to give private lessons.  If it's help with other kind of tackle, you could easily learn it yourself by tracking what you want on the web.  If you need to know more general things such as how to catch various fishes, then see my book.  If you can zero in on a specific fish you want to catch, there are books by Frank Sargeant and others that are helpful.  The best teacher, however, is experience.  Go where people fish and watch what they do and how they do it.  Ask questions.
