When is the best time of the season to catch Barracuda and how to hook this fish.best time of the year to cath Mackerel.?.?

       I do not know where you are fishing near. Usually this time of year I remember catching lots of Spainsh Mackeral in the Gulf of Mexico off Tampa Bay. Barracud's well they will bite pretty much year round, it really depends on where you are fishing. I am familar with the Gulf of Mexico, the Bahamas, the Keys and Hawaii.
