Rick I have a wright @ mcgill split bamboo # 114107 and I would like to know the length of each piece- I'm afrid the tip section  might have been broken I've talked to you before and you were very helpful--Thank you --Don

Wright McGill tips would be the same length as the other section(s). That is the distance to from the end of the cork to where the female ferrule stops.
It is common that tis were broken at the tip top.
If you want to fish it and you have a tip top, I wouldn't worry about it- go have fun. It wil speed up the action a little.
You are going to spend more getting it fixes than any resale value
