fish tracker?

what is the best fish tracker?for bass fishing if there is such a device.

John, I am not quite sure what you mean by a fish tracker.  About the only thing I can think of is a depth sounder/fish locator.  Which is the best is another thing since you can buy one for $70 or you can buy one for $700 and up.  Obviously the more expensive one will give you more information but I do not believe that even the most expensive ones can actually track fish from one place to another.  Both will tell you if there are fish down there and of course the expensive will show you a better look at what is down there.  Since I can't afford one of the expensive ones I thing I paid something like $125 for mine.  It will show fish but mostly it will show the bottom contours and show stuff lying on the bottom like trees and such.  It will not show just one fish very well but by seeing the bottom contour and some of the cover down there.  If you know something about bass you will know what they like on the bottom such as lob piles, stumps, weeds, rocks etc along with drop offs and humps in the bottom.  That is about all I can tell you.   Of course there is a kind of boat known as the Bass Tracker, or Crappie tracker etc but I don't think that is what you were asking.
