The Silver Molly (Poecilia sphenops) primarily inhabits freshwater environments. They are native to several countries in Central America, including Honduras, Belize, and Guatemala, where they are found in rivers and streams with clear water and abundant vegetation. Silver Mollies are not typically found in saltwater habitats.
