uneven lies

Question
Most instructions about how to play shots on downhill, uphill, below feet,above feet are the same. I never see instructions how to play a combination of the two, ie, a downhill lie and the ball above or below your feet or an uphill lie with the ball above or below your feet. Sorry for the long question.

i am not sure i fully understand this question.  although it seems simple and straight forward i can't think of many situations where a combination really comes into play except if you were in a bunker and the lip was downhill or uphill outside the bunker with the ball.  your feet would be below the ball and the ball would be on a slight downhill slope of which you would be able to dig in the left foot to match the slope of the ball so you could play it like a downhill lie.  the only way to compensate for the ball being above the feet then would be to choke down on the club the appropriate amount to compensate for however much your feet were below the ball.  If you have a specific situation in mind i would be happy to answer that one.  thanks for the question
