Where can I find the list of players eligible to play by category for the upcoming 2011 PGA Tour?

Answer
You may obtain a list of eligible players from the PGA Tour.

Each respective tour is the one who maintains their list.

In this Case the PGA tour maintains the lists of, "PGA Tour", "Champions Tour", "Nationwide Tour"
The LPGA Maintains the list for the LPGA tour
European Tour, Asian Tour, Etc.

If you do a google search their are a few pages that list all of them.

One thing I would be sure to include is, what your definition of category is as the word category itself is to broad.
