Ball rolls on obstruction and out into hazard

Question
What would be the rule if your ball fell into a concrete drain (immovable obstruction) and rolls in it down into a water hazard. Free drop from where it first entered the obstruction? Please advise. Thanks.

Anto:  The rules of golf usually deal with where the ball is, not necessarily how it got there.  In my opinion, and I would suggest researching more with www.usga.org, is that your ball would be considered in the hazard and you would proceed accordingly.
