Checking card for par event

Question
Vice captain. Checking a card for a par event and some holes had no stroke score but they had a square and a plus in the result column. Are they disqualified or do we put a minus on those holes?

Answer
Hi Anne,

It is my understanding that the hole score is the requirement. A player is not required to perform any math correctly but is required to indicate the number of strokes taken on a hole.
In an official event, your card would be disqualified. However, dependings how sticky you want to be in this case.

I'd take it to the rules committee.

Hope this helps.
