Senior Tees: Rules & Guidelines for Golf Leagues

What are the rules on senior tees? I just took over our company league & have people complaining about who uses the tees. They think the guy is to good & should play the white. I believe we need rules to keep peace. Please advise.

There are no "set" rules on senior tees or at what age one should play from them. As the one in charge you can say what ever standards that you would like. Take into consideration the number of "senior" players you have and what the age breakdown there is. The whole idea of "senior tees" is to make the game more equitable for players of all ages.

Use your common sense and things will work out.
