golf project

Question
hey dathaeus, me and my friend are doing a science project and we want to know if doing an experiment on distance effecting a golf ball if it is hot, rainy or freezing would be a good one

Answer
It depends on what class is this for, what subject, and what are the parameters the teacher wants u to do and accomplish?

In short, of course the weather affects the golf ball... but the fact is, unless you have advanced robotic hitting equipment, it is VERY hard to determine how a golf ball is affected.  But in order, a golf ball will fly the farthest and then the shortest with the following conditions:

(WILL FLY FAR)
- high altitude/thin air
- hot
- dry air/low humidity
- rain
-freezing temperatures
(WILL FLY SHORT)
