Ace Bandage for Mild Elbow Hyperextension: Rules & Advice

I seem to have a very mild hyper ext. left elbow, and w/o ace bandage, I can not complete the swing. Is it permissible withing the rules to wear an ace bandage on/around my let elbow?

Hey John,

Thanks for the question. I don't recall anything that would prohibit you from wearing an ace bandage on your elbow, or an ankle brace, or anything of that nature. But if it's a nagging injury that the swing makes worse you might think about taking a break for a few days to let your elbow rest.
