Hello. when on the green , are you aloud to putt with a different golf ball,on every hole once your on and marked ?

Dear Jim, thanks for the question.  In a word...NO.  Once you have established the ball you are using, you cannot change it unless it is damaged and therefore a change is necessary and approved by your playing partners and/or opponents.  In fact, if the ball is damaged and a new ball is deemed necessary, you cannot even change the brand or type of ball...you must continue with the same exact ball throughout your round.  (one of the most widely broken rules in amateur golf today)  Good luck, thanks again for asking and remember...
