Freddie Couples' Back Brace: Brand & Style Information

Can you tell me who makes Freddie's back brace and what kind of style it is?  I am looking for one just like his but can't find specific information on the web.  My husband suffers from facet joint pain and wears a back brace but I would really love to find him one just like Freddie's.  If it works for Freddie it will work for my husband.  Thank you,
