Golf Rules: Handling Hazards and Potential Disqualification

After having hit 3 balls into the same hazard, I conceded and walked past the
hazard and dropped my next ball beyond the hazard. Does that disqualify me
for that round, or can I just take a two stroke penalty?

Hello David,

Thanks for the question. Sadly your actions were not one of the choices available to you. If you were playing stroke play then yes it would mean disqualification if the error was not corrected before finishing the hole.
