golf club

Question
i have a club with a hickory shaft and the head has an 8 on it also the word alasta i also have a club that looks to be a putter with a brass head with no markings at all. would these clubs be worth anything? and if so could you give me a ball park figure on them thanks in advance. jack

Hi Jack,

I wish I could help you but I'm not a collectible club expert.  I just don't know.  If you live in a big city, there is at least one person that other club collectors know about who can probably help you.  Call some retail golf stores and ask who the local expert on collectible clubs is.  They will want to see what you have.

I will tell you in advance that most old clubs are not collectible clubs.
