The real question is are you a PGA Member?

There are two types of PGA Events.

Local Events for PGA Members which are for members only

and

PGA Tour events.  Which you must qualify for.

you may inquire with PGA of America @ 800-4PGA-PRO to find out more about becoming a member or
you may contact the PGA Tour for more information about qualifying for a tour event.
