Golf Simulator Practice: Benefits & Potential Drawbacks for Real Course Performance
Question
I am currently employed by Royal Caribbean Int. and have full access to a golf simulator 24/7 I've been hitting 100 - 200 balls per day and feel like my swing is getting somewhat more consistant but could all these swings in the simulator be hurting me when I get to a real course?
If not do you have any advice in which I could improve my golf game utilizing the simulator?
Thanks
Matt
Answer
The simulator can be helpful if you also spend time on the practice tee. Practice your preshot routine before each shot. Get your mind right and practice challenging yourself to stay focused on each shot. If you do these things you should see improvement in the real world.
