Ski boots repair

2016/7/22 11:04:22

Question
I have a pair of Salomon Course 100 boots, Pro-model 1080, which are in excellent condition. Recently though I damaged one of the 3-D buckles used in these boots. Do you know where I can get a replacement part? I live in Brazil and don't have easy access to a Salomon representative.
Thank you,

Cesar

Answer
Hey Cesar,

My best advice would be to go to the Salomon website and find their email/contact info. Write to the with the same information you have given me. They might be able to send you a buckle or guide you to an online dealer that can provide a buckle for you. You may need to take your boots to a local shop to do the repair work.

Hope this helps.
Keep on skiing,
