Skiing in Andorra, Spain

Hi, I am thinking of taking my family skiing for the first time this new year. We have a house in Toulouse in the south West of France so we were thinking of driving to Andorra. I have heard that there are some good resorts there which are perfect for begginers like us. Do you have any knowledge of this area? Can you give me any ideas about the best resorts for families etc. We will be getting some dry slope lessons here in Dublin, Ireland where we live but is it better to wait until we get to the snow and have some lessons there? Any advice or suggestions you might have would be greatly appreciated.  Many thanks.

however i have not skiied in that area, nor have i been able to travel to europe yet.

Choose a resort that is family and beginner orintaed for your first time. There is no point paying big dollars for most of a resort you wont use.

A great way to get info on the areas is to go to a travel agent and ask for a brochure for the area your heading to. This will give you lts of info and some phone number so you can call.

Otherwise, get onto the internet and go the resorts website and get your info there.
