Seattle Diving Lessons for Kids | King County Aquatic Center

I am looking for a place where my 12 year old son can go to take diving lessons.  He is an advanced swimmer and competed in gymnastics for 3 years.  I checked the local pools and can't find any classes available.  I live in Federal Way and work in Seattle, WA.

Mari - You happen to live in a city that as one of the best indoor diving pools in the US - the King County Aquatic Center. The diving program there is the Pacific Northwest Diving Team run by my good friend Jim Southerland. He does a great lesson program for boys your sons age. They are currently practicing in the mornings (8:00 to 12:00) during the weekdays but only for about another week - the pool closes August 1 for maintenance and re-opens sometime in September.If you cannot drop by in the next week, call their front office and ask for contact info:
