Springsboard and Platform diving

Question
Do they have adult diving lesson?  I use to dive in competition 20 years ago.  However ,I have not been on the diving board in years. I live in Coral Springs Fl.

Go to this website for information on diving in your area:

www.usadiving.org. Click on Clubs and then Find A Club. Enter FL and that will take you to a page that will have the name and phone number of the coach of the Coral Springs Dive Club. Contact them and ask about adult diving. If they do not have lessons, try the other diving teams in South Florida.
