diving in florida

Question
My 8 year old daughter has recently just started diving and absolutely LOVES
it. We live in Washington State and just happen to live only about 10 minutes
from the best Aquatic Center in the state. We are going to be moving to
Pensacola (ish) Florida in about 6 months. I have been searching online, but
just can't find ANYTHING even close. Pensacola is on the "pan handle"......the
northwest part of the state.

Can you please tell me if there are any diving facilities in the area of
Pensacola, Destin or Panama City Florida?

The University of West Florida has a program run by Barb Parker who is the coach of Port City Diving out of Mobile, Alabama. Go to this website for more info: www.portcitydiving.com. Click on the link that is on the right hand side of the home page that takes you to the info section for the Pensacola division of Port City Diving.You are lucky you will not have to drive to Mobile (55 miles) for diving practice!
