The best person to contact about diving in your area is John Wolsh, head coach of the Montgomery Dive Club. They have programs in Bethesda and Germantown. John can send you in the right direction to find a coach. Contact him at www.montgomerydiveclub.org. I am sure you will find someone as the sport of diving is quite popular in Maryland/D.C.
