Hi george

just before i get started, with my previous question, it turned out that the briefs i bought were 5cm briefs and not 2.5.

ok now, my question is how can i strengthen my legs, my freestyle kick doesnt really seem to be propelling me very much, and my butterfly dolphin kick has the same issue, i know with the dolphin kick your are mainly using your waist, but what other tips do you have,

also do you have any drills that i can do to strengthen my kicks,

The best way to strengthen you kick is to do more kicking.  Freestyle and butterfly kick are more for stability then power, The big issue with dolphin kick is timing and being smooth, the speed will come with both types of kick.
