Coaching Your Son: Navigating US Swimming Regulations

My son was a swimmer in the former Soviet Union. Now he is coaching his own son - Anton who is 5 years old, but he is not licenced here in US.  What is he supposed to do to enter Anton(5) into children's meets? Please help us with your advice.

The best thing to do is to contact U.S. Swimming at
www.usaswimming.org.  From there you can locate a swim club near you.  It also has information on becoming qualified as a USS swim coach.  
This is the easiest way to get the information you need.
