all round wrestling

ok i am not good at taking shots at all. in fact i wrestled for 4 years and never completed a shot. can you tell me any moves besides the duck and headlock i can utilize? i am wrestling 11th grade this year.

its not enough to live within your comfort zone all the time. you'll never evolve as a person if you don't push your own limits. take shots until you get better. there won't be many positions you can get into without at least the threat of a decent shot. but short offense or front head locks for one. two on one, or the russian is something you can do that doesn't necessarily involve shots.

rather then avoiding taking a shot, why not try to get better at shots. it will make you a much better wrestler in the long run. but that's just my opinion. good luck!
