  i have the county tournament coming up soon. i am getting really nervous with all the pressures of making weight and every one telling me that i might get killed because this is my first year. Do you have any tips on making weight and dealing with the stress of the counties.

I have some advice for that. Making weight is simple, just eat healthier and excersise more. DON'T STARVE YOURSELF. You loose your energy and you will get creamed. Eat salad, fruits and anything else that doesn't have much greese. Before you go to wrestling, make sure to eat a powerbar or two and some gatorade. Proteins are your friend, good energy and stuff but thats AFTER you weigh in. Just excersize more and eat healthy. As for strees, it's your first year so just go in it with no expectations. Don't stress about it cause that energy could be used to go in for training. If you trainined enough and feel fit, then you are fine. It's all physcological stuff. Just train. You will be fine.
