Improving Your Belly-to-Back Rolls: Technique & Landing

ok i'm a freshman in high school i've been working on my belly to back and my fat mans role and i always have probelms with my belly to back i alway land on my thigh as i'm spin to put them down is it just a bad habbit or wat?

Well, i would consider the way you were standing when you lifted. Sometimes if your back leg is to far up you'll end up doing that. Generally, you want to land on your knees and on top of the person. If you land on your thigh that means they could take advantauge of that. I would ask your coach to take a look and ask him what's wrong.
