did john larenitis really get fired from wwe ? and if so is this true?~thanks

Hi Billy Jay.  Thanks for the question.

He was fired as an on-air character only.  He is still employed by WWE in a talent relations position.

Since being fired as an on-air character, he actually has continued to work dark matches on televised events, and also at house shows.  He usually is involved in a match with Big Show taking on John Cena.
