Hi there i'm doing a feature for university on whether Wrestling is a dying art or not and would like your opinion on the following questions.

Is Wrestling a dying art and why?

How in your opinion has the popularity of Proffesional Wrestling changed over the years.

Has MMA become more popular than Wrestling as a sport in your opinion.

Would you say the emergence of UFC has been the downfall of WWE Ratings?

Thank You for your questions.  I don't think that MMA or UFC is any more popular then the WWE.  To me they all seem to have an equal fan base made up of all ages.  I also don't think the popularity of wrestling has diminished much either over the years as it's evident by the sell-out of the pay-per-views they still have once a month.  As long as big names are promoted and interesting and versatile storylines are still written, then it's popularity will surely continue.
