In my opinion, Randy Orton will not win the WWE Title until Wrestlemania.

The WWE belts cost anywhere from $800 to $2500 to make.  This depends on design, materials, and speed needed.  The WWE Spinner Heavyweight title cost about $2100.  The man that makes them is Joe Marshall.
