States with No Pro Wrestling Regulations: A Guide for Promoters

I was wondering if you could tell me please What states do NOT currently regulate Pro-Wrestling promotions and Indy Wrestler's?

With today's state of wrestling, most states are not regulating wrestling.  I can tell you for sure of three states that do regulate wrestling; Oregon, Nevada, and New Hampshire.  There are several states that do require the wrestlers to have wrestling licenses.  I don't know of all the states, but if you know any wrestlers in the states that you are looking to promote in, they would know.
