schools in Ireland

I am Raymond I'm 14 and I'm hoping you can tell me how i can get get into one later in life in Ireland can you give advice

The thing to do is to do whatever athletics you school has to learn how to get into and stay into good physical shape. Talk to your doctor about a healthy diet to help build muscles and stamina. You should also get involved in speech, debating or drama classes, all of these can give a wrestler help in off the mat areas.

Then when you graduate school go and join one of the training schools.
