Ultimate Warrior

Question
Ok, I understand that warrior is taking some legal action against the WWE and that he was last seen wrestling Hogan at Halloween Havac. But my question is why did he stop wrestling to begin with?

Answer
I typically don't follow WWF-WWE stuff at all.  The Halloween Havoc thing I vaguely remember.  The Warrior had injuries and too many extended breaks to "deal" with his life.  Whatever that meant it has been unclear.  His demand for big paychecks became an issue.  I think he "no-Showed" a PPV event because of money. He continued that trend with house shows as well. He made a ton of enemies with WWF management too. I think he pretty much black-balled himself from the business for being a difficult.  In WCW that feud with Hulk was short lived because he got hurt, and WCW just burned the angle and let his contract lapse.
I forget why he is suing McMahon.  I thought it was the use/rights over the Ultimate Warrior name and likeness. I remember reading somewhere where he legally changed either his first or last name to Warrior so he can use it wherever he goes. So they have been fighting that in court.
