Who needs a map when you have a Garmin Street Pilot. This is another excuse for men to avoid pulling over and asking for directions. These devices provide drivers with the shortest and fastest routes to any place in North America. It not only gives you the route, it tells calls your attention to upcoming turns and gives you the time and distance remaining to reach your desired destination.

If you need to stop, truck stops also serve as an excellent overnight option to those RVers looking to save a buck or needing a temporary place to revive and you can use your Garmin street pilot to help you find the nearest one. You should know that most truck stops can be awfully noisy, so you might avoid staying here if you are a light sleeper or if you are traveling with kids. If you don't mind the noise, however, it's a great place to refuel your RV, tow vehicle, stomach, and energy.

After the Garmin Street Pilot Gets You There

Most places, even the dessert, get cool at night, even during the brutal summer months. Most RVs don't have the same insulation as a normal house or apartment building so they are a bit more susceptible to the environment. Basically, you can freeze your tail off if you don't have an excellent heater or furnace to maintain a cozy internal environment.

For those of you who own trucks and like to go camping, truck bed tents are a great option if you are looking to spend a couple of days outdoors. A number of us hassle with conventional tents and spend our time unloading and erecting these cumbersome tents. Good truck bed tents are easy to put up, easy to store, and effectively keep you shilded from the weather.
