Training and Fitness for your Golf Body

2016/7/19 14:25:23

If you've been playing golf for long, I am certain that you have seen that there are many types of body types at all levels of the game. So this is not a lesson about your size or overall strength. You've seen small guys blast drives, tall guys blast drives, and both not hit it so far at all! I can tell you I have suffered the humiliation of being out-driven by some of all of those types. I got so sick and tired of it that I decided to do something about it. And after years of research, I finally discovered the simple secret to adding 30 yards (or more) to your drives faster than you ever imagined possible.

I've seen what it took me years to learn into this easy to follow book. And, I'm letting you know what I learned so you can quickly and easily to add distance to my tee shots and hit my drives L-O-N-G and straight. As it should be! In fact, you'll add distance to every club in your bag. First I need to explain something: If you're not bombing your drives deep down
the middle of the fairway, attacking pins with short irons, and shoot the low scores you deserve to be shooting, it's NOT your fault.

You've been misled (just like I was) by golf instructors, equipment manufacturers, and the golf media.  Trust me, it's not that difficult. It's not in there best interests for you to know the real secret. The longer they can keep you confused, frustrated, and on a constant search for a solution, the more money they can take out of your wallet! This is not about
buying lessons, or gadgets, and more books. By now, I'm certain you've noticed that some of the longest bombers have some of the smallest frames. Most noticeably Mr. Rory McIlroy who can bomb it out there 300 at will. The current PGA driving statistics prove that many of the smaller framed pros can really bomb it right? So why is that the case. I have stood next to 2-time Major champion Rory McIlroy (5' 10" 160 lbs.) Average - Ricky Fowler nearly the same and others. They are not imposing looking fellows, Yet there drives can certainly be intimidating to opponents.

You too can add 30-yards (or more) to your drives. The I have found that Susan Hill has unlocked the key to the way to a better golf swing, lower scores, longer drives, and just a better and more pleasant over-all experience whenever you get on the golf course. If you take a look at the Black Night (Gary Player) who claims to do 100's if not a 1000 sit ups daily you will see why He to this day is still very flexible and hits the ball as if He is still in His Senior Playing days. He is out there having fun, and you can too! Your core – a collection of muscles and tendons from above your thighs to about your chest acts as an accelerator for your golf swing. A strong and flexible core allows you to: -accelerate through the golf swing -generate more club-head speed and add more distance to every club in your bag.

What it is NOT is some fabricated and/or latest technology dreamed up by a marketing department, some new and well promoted golf training aids that don't do what is really needed and is only there to separate you from your money, or more expensive lessons from someone who couldn't care less if you get any better. Please don't miss this. Technology, gadgets, lessons, and the like are all great and have their place and used properly they can help you improve your game, but none of them is the real key to adding distance and power. The real key is a strong, flexible core. Do you need PROOF? Who's the best golfer of this generation? It's Tiger Woods without a doubt, right? "For golfers, core strength is just as important as flexibility. Core muscles help control movement and transfer energy from the center of the body out to the limbs, which can obviously impact how well you strike the ball. Core training builds overall strength and flexibility and helps me maintain an ideal state of posture and symmetry." Now go out and get that which you deserve and
play your best as a result of it.
