New Jersey Players on Louisville Slugger High School All-America First Team

Four bright young men from New Jersey have been selected for the Louisville Slugger High School All-America first team. Tommy Marcinczyk of Middlesex High School, Mike Shawaryn from Gloucetser Catholic, and Matt Thaiss of Jackson Memorial High School are the deserving recipients of the honour. A popular online news daily chose the team players as part of the ‘spring 2013 All Ledger honours.

Kaminsky were chosen in 1st round of MLB's 1st Year Players Draft by Saint Louis Cardinals and also signed as well as reported to Jupiter in Florida in order to play for Gulf Coast League Cardinals. He received the title ‘Star Ledger's State Player of the year' for 2nd season and even led Saint Joseph to number five position in top 20 list offered by the online newspaper.

Another player, Thaiss was selected by Boston Red Sox but finally will play at US' Virginia City. He became the top defensive catcher of the state who also helps Jackson High School to secure 10th position in Top 20 list of the famous online newspaper.  Moreover, 4 New Jersey sportsmen were also chosen for 2nd Team All America award.

Besides, four players from New Jersey;  Tyler Hesch from Middle sex High School and Brennan Price, Malcom Kelsey and Anthony Brocato got the ‘2nd Team All-America nods'. Price has also been voted as the ‘player of the year' by an online newspaper.

Few words on Louisville Slugger High School All-America team of this year

This year the team received amazing athletic accomplishment from different popular players of the nation. In fact a seventeen year old Louisville player has got the sponsorship of High School All America baseball teams. Players are nominated by Coaches of high school while the Collegiate Baseball chooses the team.

In fact this team features twenty two baseball players who were selected in two rounds that include compensation rounds of MLB's First Year Draft.  Tyler Danish of Durant HS tops the list who turns out to be the ‘Louisville Slugger National High School Player of the Year'. His remarkable performance helps his team to get selected to finals of Florida Eighth a State Championship finals where they lose the match against Florida's Lake Brantley baseball team. Interestingly, he posted 15-1 record with fifteen matches, one hundred and fifty six strikeouts and sixteen walks in ninety four innings. His batting score was four hundred and eleven runs with four doubles, twenty seven RBI (Run Batted In) etc. The good part is that Danish achieved this score in one of the difficult baseball districts.
