When was the American League rule changed that once the second visit to the mound in a GAME the pitcher had to be removed changed that following the second visit to the mound in a GAME the pitcher had to be removed The National League had after two visits in an INNING. Now its the same?

If I understand your question correctly, I believe you're a little confused.  The rule, for as long as I can remember, stipulates that a pitcher must be removed if visited for a second time during an inning, not a game.  Both leagues have had the same rules in regards to this situation, thoughout the history of baseball, as far as I know (I could be wrong).  The rule definitely has not been changed in the last 75 years.  Hope this helps, John.  If you have any other question, feel free to ask.
