Taking signal off the rubber

Aloha, I would like to find out in baseball rule book about taking signal from catcher 1. off the rubber 2. while strattling the pitchers plate.  Please let me know what the call and where in the rule book I can find it.

The baseball rulebook is silent on when it is acceptable to get a signal from the catcher.  Basically, anytime the catcher wants to signal, he can.

As long as the signaling doesn't delay the game.  The rulebook does state that a pitcher may take no longer then 25 seconds to throw the ball...
