pitching grips & baseball drills

Is there a site where i may print off to see certain pitching grips for my 14 year old and my next question is baseball drills for my 7 to 8 year old team.

Check out "Baseball for Dummies" by Joe Morgan.  It shows different pitching grips.

As far as baseball drills for 7 to 8 year olds.  I'd recommend letting them throw to each other and hit as much as possible.  And just hit them ground balls and pop ups.  These guys are just learning the game and need to work on the basics.  Let baseball be fun for them before you get too organized.
