5-6 yo proper throwing mechanics

Hi Michael:
I was browsing through AllExperts messages, and ran across one where you indicated you had pictures of proper throwing mechanics for 5 and 6 year olds. I'm a new "coach pitch" coach, and I'm looking for drills we can do and the proper mechanics to teach for both throwing and catching. Any suggestions, pointers, or resources would be appreciated.

Thanks for the question.  I do have some good illustrations that I could mail you.  If you want to email your physical address and email address to me at [email protected], I will get some information to you.  

There are a lot of great sites on the web and videos and books you can purchase that can help. I use a lot of different sites and sources.  I like to teach all of the young ones to throw like a pitcher.  It leads to great throwing in the field and then you can find your pitchers later in years from their mechanics.  You are right on, teach them now before they can form bad habits.
