Baseball Catching The Ball

Hello I Play Center Field For My School And I Just Cant Throw The Ball Right It Always Falls Short From The Person Catching the ball and I usually throw way off my coach tries to work with me but we just dont have the time to do so I was wondering if you could give me advice or drills to work on at home to help me improve.

Hi Cody

You need to play lots of catch. As you play make sure you throw to your target.
Also, you need to plays long range catch every other day making sure you can stretch out your arm and get used to throwing longer distances.

The more catch you play, throwing to a target the better you will get. Long range catch (and if you are a younger player) and swimming are great for arm strength.
