Question I thought an umpire is to yell "foul" and not yell but only point fair for a fair ball. Is an umpire wrong to yell "fair"?

Umpires should only give a verbal command if the ball is foul. However, there is nothing in the rule book regarding an umpire saying "fair"... though it is something we teach our umpires not to say.
