I'm 13 about 5'4 and 115-120 pounds. I've always been more of a contact hitter. Do you have any tips on how to improve my power?

Power comes with bat speed and good mechanics. Some hitters are destined to be contact hitters; however, if you increase bat speed and use the right hitting mechanics, you will increase power. The most efficient way is to get some lessons from a professional hitting instructor. Then you know that you are using the right approach and you can work on the things that will improve your game.
