ANSWER: Enrique,
Where would you prefer to play? Do you want a layout for the Kegel pattern "Bourbon Street"?

Where do you play now successfully? (starting point at setup, drift, point at the fouline that you release the ball, and targets) Thanks for the question. Please let me know more.

QUESTION: I prefer to play from the outside to the center, and I would like a layout for the recreational pattern,.
I usually star with my stance at 19 board, and my finish is between 16-15 boards, my drift is 2-3 to the right and my target is between 7-8 board, if the ball hit on the headpin . I move to the left (1:1, 2:1, 2:2, 3:2)

Answer
Enrique,
How sophisticated is your driller? A label drill is long and late and would depend on the ball and lane friction for the reaction down lane. Kicking the CG and Mass Bias toward your Vertical Axis Line (VAL) with a drill angle of 40 to 60 degrees (depending on friction on the lane and how you want to prep the surface). Keep the Pin to Positive Axis (PAP) around 4 1/2 inches (unless your medium speed is more than 16mph). VAL angle could be 45 degrees (but could be tighter for a little stronger reaction, but if you're a one ball bowler I wouldn't set it up too strong. Using a big Pin ball you can drill a low weight hole to assist the ball with flare and continuation.

How is your ball drilled now? I'm assuming it doesn't work very well???

I would never drill a ball on spec (like this). Without seeing you bowl and verifying all the details you shared. There are many things that can effect the ball roll. Please discuss what I've suggested with your driller and make sure they are in agreement with this plan. Good luck. Let me know how you do. Thanks for the questions.
