Football Safety Pattern Reading & Receiver Routes - Beginner's Guide

Hey Coach Louis,

I want to start as free safety this year. I saw your post on pattern reading. Could you elaborate on that? What I mean is are there videos out there that show this pattern reading? Could you also talk about receiver routes and the vocabulary used to describe the routes? It's my first year playing football.
