ejection from game

Question
my son was ejected for a varsity game for protecting his B as a opposing player want after him after a play, he pushed the player off of him and was then kicked out, the ref said that he threw a punch but on film you can clearly see that that did not happen, he is suspended for there next game. can this be apealed thanks

Answer
You can most definitely appeal the suspension.  However, the time it takes to get an appeal may take longer than the suspension time.  This leaves you with two options.  First, take it on the chin and have him serve the suspension.  Second, seek an injunction with your local court.  The problem is that if you lose the appeal your son will most likely have to sit out a game.

You're in a tough situation and your son in a tougher one.
