Illegal Football Moves: Ankle Grabs and Personal Fouls

I'm trying out for DT and my friend told me that if i grabbed an offensive lineman by the ankle and flipped him over my back it is a legit move and i wanted to clarify if it is legal

What you are describing is not legal under any rule. At the very least you describe a defensive hold but more likely the act you describe is a personal foul and if viewed to be flagrant by the officials, you can be ejected.  A good umpire will see this act immediately.
