NCAA requirements

Question
I recently found out that I am not academically eligible for NCAA.  My GPA is fine but I don't have the Necessary core course requirements.  I have already graduated high school and on the NCAA website it said that college courses can't be used to satisfy core requirements.  Do you know what option I have if I want to play in college?

Answer
Dear John Smith,
Do not worry, those web-sites can be misleading and confusing at times. My advice to you, is to talk to the head football coach at the college you plan to attend. Tell him what you told me and ask for his advice. Those guys know the rules inside out and they can help you. He can tell you what classes you need to take and then help you get them.

Your friend,
Louis
